On the visit to assess the job Jonathan provided full explanations and made everything very
clear to us. He arrived promptly on the day and made sure all relevant areas were properly
protected with dust covers. He was extremely friendly and discussed what he was doing. At the end, he tidied up very well and fully explained how to operate the hatch and ladder. An extremely positive and professional job and I would recommend Jonathan to others without reservation.
