I thought the service was excellent from start to finish. Jonathan took time to assess what would be needed to suit the particular site and me (a nervous ladder climber) The work was carried out with great care and skill and Jonathan made sure that I understood how to access and make safe the ladder before use ( and put it away again). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
