He explained the work required, suggested shelving which I hadn’t considered and provided a quotation within 12 hours. Installation was done within 3 weeks and would have been sooner, except I could not accommodate the first date suggested.
The entire installation took less than 5 hours (average size 3 bedroom detached house) and on completion he demonstrated how to use the loft ladder, made sure I could operate the ladder. He also left me with written instructions. He was exceptionally clean and tidy throughout the process.
