We are absolutely delighted with our loft ladder and wish we had considered having one years ago. There was absolutely no mess and it was all done in no time, with a very neat finish. It it will make life so much easier as I was finding the process of getting into the loft every time we needed suitcases or Christmas decorations increasingly difficult with the passage of time. We are older customers and I felt that Jonathan took this into consideration, prioritizing safety with a built in handrail and light in the loft. I would not hesitate in recommending his services, in fact I already have.
