Jonathan is very easy to deal with, communicates clearly, does what he says he will.
We had boards on stilts, 300mm of insulation, and a new ladder.
All done very neatly, looks good and solid, with spotless cleanup.
I appreciated that Jonathan gave me some options initially, we could have gone for a cheaper install, with less good insulation.
