From our first enquiry the communication has been nothing short of brilliant. Nothing over
excessive just regular emails with the information required by us. Once a date/time was agreed
that was it. We then got a confirmation call the night before to confirm what time he would
arrive in the morning. The next morning he arrived on time as arranged and it was straight to
work. Johnathan then worked non stop until finishing for the day where the route he had been
using to access the loft was hoovered and tidied. The next day was exactly the same until we
were shown the final product when he finished. We looked in the loft and it exceeded all
expectations, what a transformation. Fantastic. So much useful space, I will now be able to use
the garage as a garage not as a storage area! Also the spare bedroom will be used as a
bedroom. We would recommend Johnathan from Access4Lofts anytime, polite, professional,
