From start to finish was a brilliant service from Alex He was polite and friendly, worked solid all day only stopped to have something to eat which was probably about 5 minutes, Once finished, he cleaned and hoovered make sure that all the equipment that he fitted was to my satisfaction he demonstrated how it worked and what I should be doing. Listened to what we needed to make the most of our loft space; he explained everything and showed us pictures of previous work he had carried out. Once they arrived they worked hard throughout the day completing in the timeframe we was given (1 day) - once the work we completed they cleaned up and he showed us the completed work and explained how to get and put away the loft ladder correctly asking us if we were 100% happy before leaving. We are very happy from the 1st visit to completion of work and would happy to recommend to anyone who is looking for this to be done.
