Wow, wow, wow, 5* service from start to finish. We had a quote from a previous supplier of loft installations but he was too pushy, expected us to sign the dotted line, there and then. Stuart was the complete opposite. He’s a very polite, personable, understanding chap. He knows his product and fully explained everything from our initial quote to installation. Kept us informed all the time. He arrived on time and you wouldn’t of known he’d been at our house. Extremely tidy and got the whole job done in a day. We’re absolutely delighted with our new loft boarding, new hatch and loft ladder and lights too. We can’t praise this true gent enough, he’s an absolute delight to have working in your home and totally trustworthy.
