Glen provided a first class service from initial survey and quote to completion of works. My original loft hatch was placed in a very awkward position hanging over the banister and stairs. Glen explained my options thoroughly and came up with the best solution. I had my loft hatch enlarged and telescopic ladders fitted. I also had an area in the loft boarded out. Glen was punctual, hard working and nothing was ever a problem. His workmanship is fantastic. He takes pride in his work and is very tidy.
