Jayden arrived on time and explained the whole fitting process, he was polite and treated myself and my home with respect. He offered me several options of wooden edging for the hatch to which I followed his advice and chose his recommendation. Once everything had been fitted we went through how everything worked. All in all a very good experience from start to finish.
