Glen enlarged and replaced my loft hatch and fitted a telescopic loft ladder. He was respectful, polite, honest and put me at ease from the first survey. On the day of the work taking place he arrived at the time stated and was very professional. I am so happy with the outcome, with how clean he left the area and with how thorough he was at demonstrating the new hatch and ladders. He made sure I wasn’t left with any unanswered questions.
