At no point during the initial quote were we given a hard sell or pushed towards a certain service or product; our  requirements were listened to and quoted for accordingly (and very competitively too). On the day, the team turned up when they said they would and made every effort to ensure the area they were working in was left as clean as it was when they arrived, taking all leftover materials and waste away with them.
