Lionel was extremely polite and considerate (wore a mask throughout and also shoe covers) when coming to quote for the job. It was followed up promptly and a quote emailed. I deferred the work as going on hols but the company reminded me on return and asked if I still wished to proceed. Work completed promptly on the intended date and the house was tidied up nicely showing no trace of the debris. Very professional service overall.
