Amazing from start to finish, installed on 25.10.24. From promptly answering my email request for a quote, arranging visits to suit us around our working days, and installation could not fault Peter and his service. Arrived on time on the day, explained everything and demonstrated until I was happy with operating the loft hatch and ladder, left no mess and extremely polite.
