At the initial consultation Peter listened to what we were looking for and fully explained a course of action that was undertaken exactly as discussed and stated in the quote. We are very pleased with the flooring installed in our loft and on a separate occasion he installed a new loft hatch. We are very satisfied with the finish and attention to detail with both projects.
