Tony was my contact from start to finish. When he came to give me a quote he told me which ladder was good for my needs as I’m an older lady. On the installation day Tony was very friendly and completed the work in no time at all. Quietly and efficiently. Once the installation was complete he then explained how to pull the ladder up and down correctly and to make sure the ladder was fully extended so it wouldn’t slip on my tiled hallway. I was very pleased with Tony’s work and would not hesitate to recommend him and the company to friends.
