Fantastic service from Dave @ Access4Lofts. Dave provided a quick and sensible quote to install a light and easy-to-operate ladder, light in the attic and some attic flooring. The flooring Dave installed was of the highest quality, and raised to protect the insulation. The ladder was easy to use, solid and Dave provided a demonstration of how to operate safely. He installed a light with pull cord in a convenient location and the flooring laid down was the perfect size for the amount of storage in had. Dave cleaned up to the highest standard of professionalism. Will definitely use Dave and Access4Lofts again for my attic requirements. 5 stars!

Excellent from start to finish. Have used this company before to board out the loft and when the 20 year old loft ladder broke decided to try Dave again. The ladder broke about 10 days before Christmas but an appt. was made, to assess the problem, just before Christmas. Dave came when agreed, gave a verbal estimate and a few hours later a written quote was received via email which was a better price than the estimate! A date was suggested just after Christmas which was great. All communication was by email but there is a telephone number which is answered quickly which doesn’t happen all that often nowadays!! Before installment day a text message arrived asking if the date was still convenient. There is a telephone number if you have any queries. Dave arrived just before the allocated time, told us there would be another person arriving as it was a two person job. Dave took off his shoes, laid dust sheets on the stairs and landing and put protection over the hall flooring. A few minutes later Ollie arrived and the two of them worked continuously for the next 2 and a half hours. The original architrave was replaced with a slightly larger one (we had been informed that this would be the case at the original meeting). Landing ceiling is artex so this was a concern but there was no damage. Everything was cleaned up at the end and the ladder was explained to us. Dave made sure we tested it to ensure we could use it and that we were happy with his work. The only job we have to do is paint the architrave which we were told about at the original meeting. Ladder is better than the previous one. Cannot recommend Dave highly enough. Extremely pleased with our new ladder!!

We live in a new build property where space is at a premium. Access4Lofts installed a new hatch and ladder, flooring and shelving. It's transformed our loft and we now have plenty storage space. Our builder was also impressed with the installation - in particular the use of plastic legs to build up the flooring and thus leave space for the deep insulation. The team left the house tidy and gave a good demonstration of how to use the ladder safely. I can recommend Access4Lofts without hesitation.

From booking a quote, through to the day of installation the company was very helpful and made everything really straightforward. From the first day Tony came to see us we were very impressed, he was polite new what he was doing and involved us in every aspect of the loft assessment. Tony then talked through what he felt we needed and explained why and gave us options and ideas of how this could be achieved. He was very polite and respectful towards us and explained what would happen next. When he arrived to do the work he put dust sheets down and took his shoes off respecting our property and furnishing. He worked very hard and we did not know he was here. When he had completed the work he took time to show us what he had done and showed us how the use the new loft ladder. He gave us a leaflet and told us to contact the office if we had any problems or queries. Such a lovely person and very professional. The company is very helpful and did the work when we wanted it done as we were away very accommodating and helpful. They put the customer first and foremost. We thank them very much for such an excellent service and definitely use them again. Lastly the products they use are of a high standard.
