Ionut came to estimate and was efficient and informative . It involved taking out an old difficult ladder and installing a telescopic one in its place. The installer on the day was capable and was very good at showing me how to use the ladder. He also took a lot of time to sort out a new lock for the hatch which was not straight forward to install. I found the company to be excellent value for money.
