A very efficient company from start to finish! I asked Check a trade for companies to quote me to install a loft ladder. Within a couple of days the surveyor came round and took all the measurements. He discussed the best option for my loft and, as it happened, it was also the cheapest option. Within a week the fitter was at the house to get the job done. He was a really nice man. The first thing he did was put some overshoes on before covering the whole of the floor area (including the stairs) with dust sheets. He then went about making a new hatch and installing the ladder itself. It only took about an hour and a half to do. Once he finished, he cleared up his sheets and vacuumed up. He then showed he how to work the ladder and hatch. I would definitely recommend this company. In fact, I’ve already recommended them to my sister in law. Well done Access4lofts.

It was extremely easy to get a quote from Cornelius who was polite and really helpful in explaining our different options. Communication has been great throughout the process. On the day, Peter came promptly and worked so hard all day long to get it done in one day. I appreciated this so much as we have 3 children so keeping them downstairs isn’t always easy. Very impressed with the whole experience dealing with Access4Lofts. The initial visit for quotation was carried out and explanation of proposed works described in detail. Day of installation, the team arrived on time and worked almost non-stop, until completion. All work was carried out in a very professional manner. At end of day, we ended up with an increased size loft hatch a new loft ladder and a raised loft floor above our existing loft insulation. So, a fully functioning loft with plenty of storage space. Really good experience from start to finish in terms of response to initial request, Gareth's visit and then the team getting the work done. Only downside was they didn't seem to like my coffee which is one for me to sort out. Noise kept to a minimum and in/out in about half a day. Even the robin that seems to live in the loft was impressed.
