Phil arrived at the agreed time and explained what he was going to do. He kept us informed as to the progress throughout explained the different type of ladder he had brought with him and advised which was best for our application. When he had finished he demonstrated the operation and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Before he left he cleaned the area thoroughly I would have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone.
