From the outset I was impressed with Phil, he took the time to contact me by phone and arranged to visit when convenient. From there Phil talked me through my options advising against things I didn’t need and giving me a clear idea of both cost and time scales very quickly. Phil is straight up, no messing and no bull. His calm and pleasant manner meant I felt no pressure at all in considering his quote and accepting it when I was ready. On the day of the work I wasn’t in, I arrived home to a brand new loft with excellent finish AND embarrassingly the room used for access was tidier than I left it! I can’t stop recommending Phil and Access4Lofts. Clearly he puts people first which in the current market is a rarity. I just wish I could find other trades people like him.
