Ann McNamara, Preston – Loft Hatch, Loft Ladder

Phil did an excellent job for us. He enlarged the loft entrance, put on an insulated flap door and
a telescopic ladder which served the limited space we have. He then demonstrated it’s use and
watched my husband and I both do it ourselves. Phil and his assistant were both polite and efficient
