Phill was great from the outset. Inspected and provided a professional quote and actually started a day earlier than planned.
Our existing hatch was adapted to drop down, the ladder is so easy to use and stows away perfectly. The boarding makes such a difference enabling easy storing and access.
He answered a small query out of hours as well, which he resolved immediatley.
Very pleased.
