I am delighted with both loft hatches that Wayne and Lewis installed. From the first enquiry, site visit and fitting they have been professional and friendly. They took the time to answer my questions and listen to my suggestion of moving an existing hatch access to a safer room location. Communication is really easy and you get text reminders of appointment times. The price was reasonable with a very detailed quote provided. Overall they’ve offered great customer service and I’d happily recommend them.
