Janice Lucas, Moreton-in-marsh – Loft Boarding, Loft Ladder

Due to our house being only 9 years old, the level of insulation in the loft is very thick, therefore
on his first visit Wayne explained why it was necessary to install legs to raise the flooring. He
helped us to work out the angle of the ladder to suit us, and with safety in mind. On installation
day, Wayne and Lewis arrived promptly and immediately laid dust sheets from the front door,
up the stairs and on the landing. The installation went well and they cleaned up thoroughly. On
completion we were given a detailed demonstration and tried the ladder. Just that little bit extra
– while in the loft they had noticed one of the bathroom extraction hoses had come loose from
its fixing and reconnected it for us – there’s service! We are pleased we chose Access4 Lofts, they are polite and courteous to their customers and we would highly recommend them to others.
