Wayne and Lou were thoroughly professional and very friendly throughout the process of installing my loft insulation, from responding quickly to my initial request for a survey and quotation to the finished job. His communication was excellent and swift, and things went very smoothly indeed. The house is now noticeably warmer and more comfortable.
