Eric Ayres, Tredington – Loft Boarding

We are delighted with the work carried out by Access4Lofts. The work they did was carried out to a high standard and provided us with a section of the loft floored for storage. The floor was raised to provide the clearance for the 270mm layer of insulation required and this is very important to ensure the foam is not pushed down as this will reduce insulation properties and therefor cost more for heating. Whilst carrying out the work they noticed a ducting pipe from a bathroom fan had not been fitted securely and it resulted in the discharge pipe discharging into the loft. (The house is only 2 years old). They very kindly sorted this out for no charge. We are pleased to have the opportunity to recommend this company.
