I was recommended by a friend who said she had Access4lofts who were very competitive, were pleasant people eager to explain how they worked, what they could do and give options before committing to buy, True to her word they were just that, demonstrated how to use the ladder and then let me have a go to be certain all was correct, no mess, no fuss over anything, they arrived on time and just got on with the job.
