We had a free survey and quote from Wayne. We found him to be very honest with all of the work we needed to be done. Our loft hatch was enlarged ladder supplied and fitted. The ladder was explained to us on how to use. How to pull it down safely and how to return it into the loft. Our loft was insulted and boarded. Wayne let us decide how much we wanted either all boarded or partial. We must mention his son who was working with Wayne he certainly knew his work and was just has knowledgeable.
