The survey of the work required was thorough and Wayne and Lewis took care to understand what I wanted doing. The quotation was clear and easy to understand. On the day of the installation they completed the work quicker than I expected, showed me what had been done and explained how the loft ladder worked and left everything clean and tidy. Since the installation the house has been much warmer and I’m looking forward to my heating bills being lower. I am am pleased and very satisfied with their work.
