When we first contacted Dan to see if he was able to fit a loft ladder, he was very prompt in
responding and was very helpful in the advice he gave us. He gave us a reasonable price and
followed it up with a confirmation email after agreeing the price with Dan a date was arranged.
On the day before the work was to be carried out we received an text message to confirm the
work was going to be carried out. Dan was very efficient and professional in carrying out the fitting of the ladder, he ensured that there was minimal mess and cleaned up after completing the work, we are very happy with the out come and would recommend him to anyone needing loft ladders fitting.
