When I called for a quote. Dan was working nearby so came on the same day. The Quote was emailed through quickly. I was awaiting other quotes so it was a couple of days before i accepted Dans quote. Which was cheaper than the other by £100. A time and date was emailed through and I received a text confirming that they would arrive the following day. Administratively - very efficient. Your quote was accurate in covering the aspects of loft improvement that I needed - better access, insulation upgrade, flooring and removal of over 40 years' worth of accumulated material, best described as 'junk'. You turned up promptly at 08.00 and worked continually through the day to enable the work to be completed in a single day rather than two. The area that is now floored is more than sufficient to allow me safe access around the roof space to open the Velux window. The handrail you have put around the internal light well is extremely robust and a great improvement of what has been there for 30 years. You cleared and hoovered at the end of the job so that there was no evidence that you had actually, been in the house and carried all that old material downstairs (two vanloads of 'junk') or the new material upstairs. Overall, very satisfied with the job that you have done - should have had it done several years ago!
