Could you please forward our thanks to the two lads who boarded the loft and fitted the new loft hatch and ladder. They were very understanding to my wife’s anxiety issues (following a serious accident) with regard to the problems that were involved with the possibility of not being able to carry out the initial specified works, due to the potential problem of hidden electrical wiring within the loft. They explained fully all the alternatives during the process without causing her any undue stress, whilst putting her mind at rest. Thankfully an agreeable solution was found, not dissimilar to the original quotation. They are both a credit to the profession and are an asset to the company and should be acknowledged as such. They were polite, punctual, knowledgeable, considerate and very hard working young men. They only stopped for a well deserved bacon sandwich on day one (client
initiated). They explained the process, step by step and carried out the works with the minimum of
disruption and inconvenience. Unfortunately we never got to know their names and we would be grateful if you could personally thank them on our behalf. Thank you as a company/franchise, from the initial quotation visit to the completion of the works, to a job well done. We will not hesitate to sing your praises.
