Shannon Burton, Bolton – Loft Boarding, Loft Hatch, Loft Ladder

Just moved into a two story semi-detached that is about 150 + years old. The loft was completely unfinished and the access was very strange and too small. The joists and entire ceiling/loft was so wonkey you could see the significant slope, but Josh and his guys made it work: put in a new hatch, ladder, reinforced the beams, boarded, and added lighting. Huge and easily accessible space now; I am so happy! And they were patient and kind with my little kids whenever I didn’t manage to keep them out of the way. Price as quoted. Would highly recommend.
