The new floor and insulation is brilliant and putting in a new hatch and ladder in our spare room works much better than the old one, which was small and had restricted access. Superb service from the minute we called the office. Excellent customer service, incredibly friendly and professional. Explained everything clearly. Visited to measure and explain options, provided a clear plan of action and a timely quote. Followed by installation of a ladder, light and boarding of our loft with shelves. Honestly we cannot believe what they did and the space its created. They were really nice people, arrived on time, worked non stop, tidied up after them, showed us how everything worked. Have followed up to make sure everything is working okay – we have a guarantee – what more can we ask for. To boot it was really cost effective and hasn’t broken our bank. Wouldn’t go with anyone else if we needed to do this again and have passed their name onto family members who need similar work.
