Simon did excellent work for us in siting a new Loft Hatch, closing the original hatch and dealing with the lath and plaster ceiling really well.
The Loft flooring has opened out the space so well and the wooden ladder with handrail is reassuring.
Simon is courteous and very thorough in his work. I heartily recommend him.
