Simon conducted a comprehensive site meeting & gave a competitive quote to change the direction of a replacement loft hatch & stowaway ladder. I am very pleased with the newly fitted flush loft hatch & telescopic ladder. Simon is friendly, punctual, careful in his work & neat & tidy.
