Simon was polite, prompt and professional. The quality of his workmanship and equipment
installed was top notch. It was a pleasure to meet Simon and he was friendly, informative and
on my installation particularly diligent as he found a few errors other contractors had made
installing boards into my loft and rectified these at no additional cost. The ladder and new hatch
is excellent and now fulfils our legal obligations in regard to access for maintenance. In
addition, the quoted price for the works was excellent value, for instance, if you do not have the
required equipment necessary to install a loft ladder, adjust the loft hatch to the required size
etc, then factoring the hiring or purchasing of additional equipment to facilitate installation
yourself, then this makes this an excellent option.
