Simon was prompt, neat and efficient; he answered my questions and explained the materials
and methods used. The work was completed earlier than expected. I am pleased with the accessible, open and safe space I now have in my roof, and with the enhanced insulation which I hope will lower my heating costs. Additionally, Simon advised and helped me with issues in my loft which were outside the remit of the installation tasks.
