Simon topped up the loft insulation, fitted loft flooring and customed a new loft flap in order to install a pull down loft ladder. He demonstrated considerable competence in all the jobs, even the surveyor who performed our EPC volunteered that he was impressed at the standard of the work. We sought other quotes and other installers had not been capable of creation of a loft flap with a pull-down ladder due to the restricted space at the top of the ladder. The quote was reasonable and was honoured, as was the start and end dates. The impact on the temperature in the house was phenomenal. We could not be more pleased.
