Simon was very professional. He had incredibly good product knowledge and was able to advise us which ladder would be best for us. He was Covid aware and took the necessary actions to keep us and himself safe. He turned up when he said he was going to and left the area clean and tidy when he left. I would certainly recommend him as he was very professional.
