Simon was very professional and easy to talk to. He visited our property prior to arranging a
suitable date to fit the loft ladder. He inspected the existing ladder and measured for a new
one. Thereafter, he showed me the options and explained them in detail.
On the day that had been arranged for the fitting, he turned up on time and was very
professional. After fitting the ladder, he gave a full demonstration of how to deploy and collapse
the ladder. He had also fitted loft hatch insulation.
