From initially contacting the firm I have been very impressed with the service provided, from the initial consultation and quote, to the immediate response to any phone calls made to the office before and after the fitting of the loft floor. Nathan and Ryan were polite, helpful and extremely hard working. They listened to any concerns and made sure I was happy with the work they were going to do. When they had finished I was invited to look and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. They cleaned and tidied the area so I was able to immediately return storage items. My loft was a dusty, inaccessible waste of space before. I have had a ladder, adapted hatch, full insulation and boarding done. From start to finish Access4Lofts were great. Punctual and professional, the quote was very straightforward and up front and the installation was very hassle free for me, they just turned up and got the job done. Also very honest, when they discovered I already had a working light they let me know and took the two I'd ordered off the install and saved me £100. I can't recommend them enough.

We have an Edwardian house in which the loft had been boxed into a room (probably in the mid 20th century). We never used the room and the existing loft insulation was ineffective (what there was of it). We asked Access4Lofts if they could remove the room (walls, flooring etc) and the ineffective insulation and then install 400mm of new insulation throughout. We received a pre-visit to assess the job and quote a price (which was very competitive). Once the job started, the two workers arrived on time both days and did exactly what was required. They were professional in how they treated the house (for example dust sheets on carpets etc) and despite removing a great deal of old wood and insulation, they were careful in how they carried it, taking care not to damage any part of the house. At the end of the job they cleaned up meticulously and then showed us the new insulation (which had been installed perfectly). Payment was requested once the job had been completed, with no upfront costs or changes to the quoted amount. We would absolutely recommend Access4Lofts to anyone looking to have work done.

Excellent customer skills demonstrated by representative, who also undertook the installation of out new loft hatch and loft ladder. Loft Boarding I had loft boarding installed in part of my loft and stud walls erected so I could use my space for storage. What a difference it has made! Josh did the work and his standard of work was excellent. He worked non stop throughout and left the area nice, clean and tidy when he'd finished. Ready to use immediately. I would certainly recommend Access4Lofts Blackpool.
