From initial enquiry to completion, the process has been seamless. Cannot fault any part of the
process at all. I made my initial enquiries and was quickly given a date for survey, which took
place soon after and gave me the info I needed. I got the quote through in detail and I was given
price breakdowns of different options available to me which was great, and helped me make
my decisions. After I decided to proceed, again I was promptly given a date for the works to
commence. Finally, on the day of the works, Ryan arrived bang on time, got set up and explained everything for the day. He got the work done very efficiently and ensured he tidied and cleaned up afterwards. I got exactly what I wanted, questions were answered and information was given – overall, an excellent experience and would certainly recommend to anyone to go with Access4Lofts.
