Communication was fantastic and accurate, they did what they said and they kept to appointed times. I have said that the product wasn’t demonstrated, but that was because I wasn’t there, but I was sent a link to the product for an om-line demonstration.
What you would expect from a tradesman and other tradesmen should take note, customers count without them you have no business so look after them; do what you say when you say it, if you tell someone that you will be there or do something do it, customers hate being messed about.
