The two men arrived on time, covered their shoes with plastic covers, laid dust sheets and started work immediately. On completion of the work, they showed great patience in showing us how the new ladder worked. When they had finished, you wouldn’t know a job had been done. We struggled on our own to pull the ladder down, so called them back. They came back promptly, adjusted the ladder to make it easier for us and made sure we were happy.
