The two men arrived on time, covered their shoes with plastic covers, laid dust sheets and started work immediately. On completion of the work, they showed great patience in showing us how the new ladder worked. When they had finished, you wouldn’t know a job had been done. We struggled on our own to pull the ladder down, so called them back. They came back promptly, adjusted the ladder to make it easier for us and made sure we were happy.

I had my loft boarded and shelves and lighting installed. Josef and assistant arrived promptly on the day of the job. The carpets in the hallway and on the stairs were well covered before the work in the loft commenced. They worked hard all day to get the job done and cleared up any mess that was made and took time at the end to explain the workings of the loft ladder. Good communication throughout, very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Jozsef.

Jozsef was very informative during his visit to quote for a new enlarged loft hatch to our 1920s house. He considered what we wanted to achieve with the new hatch and didn't unnecessarily try to up sell us to an inflated product we didn't need which was a great sign. Arranging the installation was swift and we are very happy with the final result - Jozsef even became best friends with our dog! As he was leaving I happened to mention I was about to install loft boards despite being a bit of a DIY novice and not only did Jozsef advise me on how to tackle the job which was invaluable, but kindly also said to feel free to contact him if I ran into any snags (luckily I muddled my way through thanks to his initial advice).
