Phil and Pete carried out the work. They arrived on time and were thoroughly polite and professional throughout. After running into an issue with the ladder orientation, they worked hard to find a solution that enabled it to match exactly what we wanted. We appreciate them putting in the effort to achieve this. At the end they patiently talked us through the hatch opening process and ladder mechanism and invited us to try it out ourselves.
