Des arrived timely to measure up (with a huge wardrobe in the way of the loft hatch too which he helped me move), answer all my questions and take me through all the available options as well as provide a timely, competitive quote. Phil and Jim arrived timely to remove existing loft hatch, install new wooden platform (for ladder storage), new ladder and new wooden hatch. I would absolutely recommend Access4Lofts. We required a loft ladder, insulation and boarding, we also needed the ladder doing first and then the rest after some other work had been completed so two visits, this wasn't a problem at all and we also had to move the dates around and they were really accommodating. Simon checked with me when he arrived what work we'd asked for and it turned out that I hadn't explained myself properly at the initial quote. This wasn't any trouble though, Simon measured up and we had a revised quote within a few hours and we didn't have to wait, the work was completed over the same two days with Simon working long hours. The work was to a high standard and now our loft looks enormous, we're really pleased.

Des and team have transformed our precariously, partially, boarded loft space with storage scatters in all corners of the loft, to a clean and tidy user friendly space. The team reinsulated the loft space, boarded the floor and installed shelving between the loft joists, so that our storage is now easily accessible and off the floor. We no longer have to crawl across the joists, in fear of falling through the gaps, to retrieve items from the loft. Our loft ladder was replaced with a sturdy telescopic ladder which is so easy to use and is of excellent quality. All the work was carried out to the highest standard and the team left everything clean and tidy. We could not be happier and would happily recommend Access4Lofts.
