Both Phil and Jayden were very knowledgable, approachable, polite and friendly. Both were very
clear when providing advice. Jayden was very efficient when installing the loft boards and
ladder. He ensured we had minimal disruption to our home while he was doing his job. After the
job was complete he was very clear in his instructions on how our loft ladder worked and
encouraged us to inspect the loft once completed to ensure we were happy. This gives you
